Wave Dynamics prepares dust assessments and Dust Management Plans across Ireland and the UK, helping developers and contractors control dust from construction, demolition and earthworks and stay compliant.
Dust can be a key environmental consideration, particularly where construction activities are close to homes, schools, businesses, roads or ecological receptors.
Our assessments identify potential dust sources, assess the associated risks and set out mitigation measures to minimise off-site impacts and nuisance.
We develop proportionate, site-specific dust management measures aligned with planning requirements, regulatory guidance and industry best practice. Our plans support:
A plan is typically needed where construction, demolition or earthworks take place close to homes, schools, businesses, roads or ecological receptors, and to support planning applications and conditions.
It identifies potential dust sources from the works, assesses the associated risks to nearby receptors and sets the level of mitigation needed.
Yes. Our Dust Management Plans support Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) as well as EIA/EIAR and planning conditions.
Yes. Our plans include monitoring and reporting strategies so dust control can be checked and compliance demonstrated.
