Resource Waste Management Plans
Wave Dynamics are a leading provider of professional Resource and Waste Management Plans (RWMPs) for residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and public sector developments across Ireland and the UK, with offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway.
A Resource and Waste Management Plan sets out how construction, demolition and excavation waste will be managed during a project. It helps developers, contractors, architects and design teams demonstrate a clear approach to waste prevention, material reuse, recycling, segregation, storage, removal and compliant disposal.
Our RWMPs are prepared to support planning applications, planning compliance, construction-stage documentation and environmental reporting. Each plan is tailored to the specific development, site layout, construction activities and anticipated waste streams, helping project teams manage waste in a practical, efficient and sustainable way.
