Population and Human Health EIAR Chapter Services
At Wave Dynamics, we provide specialist Population and Human Health EIAR Chapter services across Ireland and the UK. With offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway, we support developers, planning consultants, engineers and multidisciplinary design teams through the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. Our experienced consultants prepare clear, robust and evidence-based assessments that help identify potential effects on people and communities, satisfy planning and regulatory requirements, and support successful project delivery.
Our Population and Human Health EIAR Chapters are prepared in accordance with current Irish, UK and European guidance and are tailored to the scale, nature and location of each development. We work closely with project teams to assess potential impacts, identify appropriate mitigation measures where required and produce high-quality reports suitable for planning submissions and regulatory review.
