Material Assets (Waste) EIAR Chapters
At Wave Dynamics, we provide specialist Material Assets (Waste) EIAR Chapter services across Ireland and the UK. With offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway, we support developers, planning consultants, engineers and project teams through the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. Our experienced consultants prepare clear, robust and evidence-based assessments that evaluate the potential effects of a development on material assets and waste management, helping clients meet planning and regulatory requirements while supporting sustainable project delivery.
Our Material Assets (Waste) EIAR Chapters are tailored to the scale and nature of each development and prepared in accordance with current Irish, UK and European guidance. We work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify potential waste impacts, assess resource use and recommend practical mitigation measures where required.
Assessing waste and resource impacts for sustainable development
