Climate Action Energy Statements
At Wave Dynamics, we prepare comprehensive Climate Action Energy Statements to support planning applications and demonstrate compliance with national, regional and local climate and energy policies. With offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway, our experienced consultants work closely with developers, architects and design teams to produce clear, evidence-based statements that outline how developments will minimise energy demand, reduce carbon emissions and contribute to a more sustainable built environment.
As planning authorities place increasing emphasis on climate action and sustainable development, Climate Action Energy Statements have become an important requirement for many residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Our assessments demonstrate how energy efficiency, low-carbon technologies and renewable energy measures have been considered throughout the design process, ensuring developments align with current planning policy and climate objectives.
Every Climate Action Energy Statement is tailored to the specific requirements of the proposed development. We assess energy performance, carbon reduction measures and sustainability initiatives, providing practical recommendations where appropriate to support planning approval and improve long-term environmental performance.
