Air Quality Monitoring
At Wave Dynamics, we provide professional air quality monitoring services for construction projects, infrastructure developments, industrial facilities and environmental compliance across Ireland and the UK. With strategically located offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London and a presence in Galway, our experienced environmental consultants deliver accurate, reliable and real-time air quality monitoring to help clients protect public health, demonstrate regulatory compliance and minimise environmental impacts.
Using advanced monitoring technology and industry-leading equipment, we continuously measure airborne pollutants, particulate matter and dust levels in accordance with recognised Irish, UK and international standards. Whether supporting planning applications, construction projects or operational environmental management, we provide dependable monitoring data, expert analysis and practical recommendations that enable informed decision-making.
Construction Air Quality Monitoring
Construction and demolition activities can significantly affect local air quality through the generation of dust and airborne particulate matter. Wave Dynamics provides comprehensive construction air quality monitoring programmes that help contractors, developers and project managers assess environmental performance, identify potential issues and maintain compliance with planning conditions and environmental regulations.
Our real-time monitoring systems provide continuous measurements and automated alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded, allowing site teams to implement mitigation measures quickly and minimise the impact on nearby residents, businesses and sensitive receptors.
Real-Time Air Quality Monitoring
Wave Dynamics delivers advanced real-time air quality monitoring solutions that provide continuous measurement, secure cloud-based data access and instant notifications when air quality limits or project trigger levels are exceeded. This allows project teams to remotely monitor environmental conditions, respond proactively to changing site activities and demonstrate ongoing compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.
Our monitoring systems are suitable for major infrastructure projects, residential developments, industrial facilities, renewable energy schemes, utilities and long-term construction sites where continuous environmental oversight is essential.
Dust & Particulate Matter Monitoring
Effective dust monitoring is essential for managing construction emissions and protecting surrounding communities. Our consultants monitor particulate matter, including PM₁₀, PM₂.₅ and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), providing accurate environmental data to support planning requirements, environmental management plans and regulatory compliance.
By combining continuous monitoring with expert interpretation, we help clients identify emission sources, evaluate mitigation measures and reduce the risk of complaints, project delays and enforcement action.
Air Quality Monitoring for Planning & Compliance
Our air quality monitoring services support planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs), planning conditions, environmental permits and ongoing compliance programmes. We work closely with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, local authorities and industrial operators to deliver monitoring strategies tailored to each project’s specific environmental requirements.
Every monitoring programme is supported by detailed reporting, comprehensive data analysis and practical recommendations that help clients meet regulatory obligations while delivering sustainable developments.
