Air Quality ES/EIA Chapter Services
At Wave Dynamics, we specialise in preparing Air Quality Environmental Statement (ES) and Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) Chapters for projects across Ireland and the UK. We work closely with project teams to deliver clear, robust and evidence-based assessments that support Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements and planning submissions.
Our Air Quality ES Chapters assess the potential effects of a development on local air quality during both construction and operational phases, ensuring all impacts on sensitive receptors are properly identified, evaluated and reported.
Air Quality Environmental Assessments (EIS/EIAR):
Our ES Chapter services provide a comprehensive evaluation of air quality impacts associated with proposed developments.
Each assessment is prepared in line with relevant EIA regulations, planning policy and recognised industry guidance.
We assess potential impacts from:
- Construction activities and dust emissions
- Operational emissions and air quality effects
- Road traffic impacts on local air quality
- Industrial and point source emissions
- Sensitive residential and ecological receptors
Where required, we also identify appropriate mitigation measures to reduce potential impacts and support sustainable development outcomes.
Our Air Quality ES Chapter Services Include:
- Air Quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA inputs)
- Air Quality ES Chapter preparation and reporting
- Construction phase air quality assessments
- Operational air quality assessments
- Road traffic air quality assessments
- Dust and emissions impact assessments
- Sensitive receptor impact assessments
- Mitigation strategy development
- Environmental management recommendations
