Right to Light Risk Assessments
At Wave Dynamics, we provide Right to Light Risk Assessments across Ireland and the UK. With offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway, we help developers, landowners, architects and planning professionals understand potential constraints relating to access to natural light.
Our assessments are carried out at early design and feasibility stages to identify potential risks, inform development strategies and reduce the likelihood of disputes later in the project lifecycle.
