Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs)
At Wave Dynamics, we prepare Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) for projects across Ireland and the UK. With offices in Dublin, Wexford, Cork, Belfast and London, and a strong presence in Galway, we help developers, contractors and project teams manage environmental risks and meet planning and regulatory requirements during construction.
Our CEMPs are tailored to the specific needs of each development, providing practical measures to minimise environmental impacts, support compliance and promote responsible construction practices. Whether for a residential development, commercial scheme, infrastructure project or mixed-use development, we deliver clear and proportionate plans that help projects progress with confidence.
