Building Acoustics
Given the scale and density of the scheme, careful attention was given to building acoustics and internal noise performance.
Our input included:
- Internal noise criteria for residential units
- Acoustic separation guidance between dwellings
This ensured a high standard of resident comfort and acoustic privacy across all unit types.
Project Outcome
