Project Overview
Premier Inn located at the junction of Gloucester Street and Prince’s Street South, one urban block south of the River Liffey, the development is for a ten-story over basement hotel building comprised of 113 rooms and guest facilities.
Wave Dynamics were contracted to undertake and assess the acoustic performance of the development. Our services included indoor ambient noise testing, mechanical services noise assessments and break-in noise assessments for compliance with the client specification and BREEAM requirements.
