Project Overview
Wave Dynamics, acoustic consultants, recently collaborated on the Japan Tobacco International London Office Fit-Out project, delivered by Maris Interiors. This high-quality commercial fit-out required a strong focus on environmental performance and occupant comfort, aligned with stringent BREEAM standards.
Wave Dynamics was engaged to carry out BREEAM acoustic commissioning, ensuring that the building’s acoustic performance met the required criteria for certification and user wellbeing.
Our role involved detailed acoustic testing and verification across key performance areas, including internal noise levels, sound insulation, and building services noise. Through on-site measurements and technical assessments, we ensured that all relevant acoustic parameters complied with BREEAM requirements and industry best practice.
By identifying and addressing potential acoustic issues early, we supported the delivery of a workspace that promotes productivity, comfort, and privacy. Our commissioning process provided assurance that the acoustic environment aligns with both sustainability targets and the expectations of a modern, high-performance office.
Through this project, Wave Dynamics continues to demonstrate its expertise in acoustic compliance and environmental certification, helping clients achieve high-quality, sustainable building outcomes.
