Project Overview
Wave Dynamics are the acoustic consultants on Emmet Road LRD. The development includes the redevelopment of lands at Emmet Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8 including the site of the former Saint Michael’s Estate. The development consists of 578 homes, a Community Hub Library, a Creche, a Supermarket, Retail Units, associated public realm and landscape works, and a series of new public open spaces to create a vibrant new neighbourhood in Inchicore with a rich diversity of residents supported and sustained by a mix of uses and facilities.
Wave Dynamics are providing the full acoustic design on the project including, TGD-E Design, BCAR Ancillary Certification, HPI Design Compliance, Operational Noise Impact Assessments, Mechanical Noise Assessments, Site Inspections and Completion Testing in accordance with TGD-E.
