Project Overview
Wave Dynamics Acoustic Consultants (WDA) partnered with the Bullitt Hotel to deliver a seamless acoustic design that complements its urban sophistication. Located in the heart of Capel Street, this 98-bedroom hotel is a vibrant addition to Dublin’s hospitality scene, blending contemporary luxury with dynamic social spaces. The development when complete will include 98 stylish bedrooms designed with exceptional soundproofing to ensure privacy and tranquility amidst the lively city atmosphere.
The development also includes restaurants, pubs, conference rooms, external courtyard and other ancillary spaces. Wave Dynamics provided the full acoustic design for the project including, building acoustic design, sound insulation, reverberation, mechanical service noise assessments and break in noise assessments.
