Project Overview

Overview

The redevelopment of 4-5 Grand Canal Square, formerly Meta’s headquarters a 12,000 m2 office building, represents a landmark project in the heart of Dublin’s thriving tech and business hub. This modern transformation delivers an exceptional workspace designed to meet contemporary standards of sustainability, comfort, and performance.

As part of the redevelopment, we provided specialised acoustic consultancy services to ensure optimal sound performance across the entire building:

Design and specification of acoustic treatments for walls, ceilings, and floors to achieve superior sound insulation.

Optimisation of internal acoustics to create comfortable working environments, minimizing noise transfer between spaces.

Development of mitigation strategies to address external noise sources and protect the surrounding environment.

Detailed evaluation to meet the acoustic requirements of WELL and LEED certifications, supporting the project’s sustainability goals.

Integration of acoustic solutions to enhance occupant wellbeing and overall building performance.
